12017-10-04 19:14:01 UTCmboeringa Hi,

I noticed that near Aydius, you have added a number of features with the man_made=water_tower tag. Looking at the Bing imagery, it is difficult to ascertain, but it seems many of these features are really small, and don't constitute what is generally considered a water tower connected to some...
12017-09-03 16:17:20 UTCstefanct I don't think that sports_centre is fitting either. This is just an ordinary park where someone has put up disc golf goals... I am pretty sure this is not what people creating and using the sports_center tag have usually in mind... Additionally, the whole park/area is tagged as recreational area so ...
22017-09-06 08:45:22 UTCmboeringa Basically agree based on the imagery I see of the area and the mapping, and if the whole area is already covered by a park tag. Maybe it would be better to remove this particular way feature, and just leave the meadows tagged with the disc-golf names, but that is up to a local mapper.

Alternative...
12017-08-16 14:38:09 UTCmboeringa Daniele,

One last remark: shouldn't it be a "tertiary" road as well, as the remaining part of the SP7 is currently tagged?

Or is it maybe better to classify the road entirely as "secondary", also the remaining part futher into to the valley?

Of course, this is dead end, ...
22017-08-17 04:24:10 UTCdgitto You are right. According to the rest of the higway net in Valtellina, this seems to be considered as a tertiary road. Altought i don't agree 100%.
As I told before, i have little time these days (my daughter will born today) Could you please edit and fix this? :-)
32017-08-17 04:30:56 UTCdgitto According to official documents from provincia di Sondrio, SP7 ends in Gerola Alta. Look also Wikipedia. The rest of the road should be removed from the relation. (If it is in now)
42017-08-17 10:28:52 UTCmboeringa Hi Daniele,
Congratulazioni!
I have now made the suggested changes. I set the part to tertiary, and used JOSM to remove those sections of road not officially belonging to SP7. I also removed some name and ref tags on these sections that also referred to SP7.
12017-08-16 09:10:34 UTCmboeringa Ciao dgittio,

22017-08-16 13:45:11 UTCdgitto many many thanks for spotting the problem. Sorry was a mistake on the selection and edit-
I just fixed now . but when I have more time I will check again and more.
Daniele
32017-08-16 14:13:28 UTCmboeringa Yes, I already suspected something like that. I saw you had been working on some relations and other more complex stuff based on the changeset comment, so an error is quite easy to make.

Ciao da Olanda!
12017-04-18 21:17:15 UTCmboeringa Beste jorngijn.
12017-04-12 18:37:53 UTCmboeringa Hi Dyserth,

Is the patch of heath named "Foel Gron" in this changeset correctly named? The "Foel Gron" peak is on the other side of Llyn Padarn.
12017-03-06 21:51:15 UTCmboeringa Hi,

I noticed you added a series of mineshafts in this changeset, e.g. near Essen. However, specifically looking in Essen, it seems most are likely abandoned or even razed (nothing visible on the surface). I would recommend you to properly set them to disused/abandoned/razed:man_made=mineshaft, d...
12017-02-12 11:57:47 UTCDyserth I see that you have decided to arbitrarily scrub all the tags from hundreds of the areas which I have mapped over the last few years - whether I created them originally or not - and retagged with an outline with "This is not a heath" - well sorry a lot of the areas certainly are as per the...
22017-02-12 12:17:37 UTCmboeringa Dyserth,
I do not hold anyone "in great disdain". I do think there is an issue with how many of the features are currently mapped.
Note that I did not use a bot, nor that I actually deleted these features. I just retagged them. If you examine the data using an editor, you will see this.\...
32017-02-12 13:10:22 UTCmboeringa Dyserth,
I have now reverted the specific changes involving your changesets / edit work, the features are now tagged with natural=heath again. Please give it some time to become visible on the OSM website. Again: join the discussion on Talk-GB so that the British community can decide what to do wit...
42017-02-12 15:11:48 UTCDyserth Thankyou. I've joined the mailing list but have to wait for a moderator to approve my membership of this "friendly" community. From what I read from the Archives certain members of said list seem to operate with an unheathly degree of cynicism and self-righteous hostility at unseen targets...
12016-10-19 11:37:12 UTCmboeringa Please see the personal post I send you about the false use of highway=footway for indoor features like corridors.

12015-11-28 13:15:06 UTCtrigpoint For reference to previous discussion on this issue see http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/474399

I am really not convinced by this change, the property boundaries match bing pretty well, I would call that pretty verifiable. The distinction between wall and fence is minor, most of the houses in thi...
22015-11-28 19:23:36 UTCmboeringa Just to clear up a possible misunderstanding: I did not merge any of the originally digitized property boundaries, so anyone getting in to edit the data, will see all of the original boundaries in its editor. Nor did I remove any other information than the barrier=wall tag, and I changed the not doc...
