I would not call this a park in everyday speech, but I am also new to OSM and don't know whether there are specific/different definitions of parks within the project that I'm not aware of.

I am putting this here because there is a lot of Teslas that run in 60 km/h in this direction because the speed limit shows as 60 in their car all the way through this 7,5km tunnel which creates potential traffic hazards.
