Do you have more precise information, as in, what extent of the track is private and where exactly the fence crosses the road? Photos and coordinates would be most helpful. You say there is no road - is it physically not there, or is it just fenced off? |

After there is just a former path left by some agrcultrual machine, it contines to path in the woods then lead to a private area.
It is not suitable for cycling at all.

Regarding agricultural tracks, it's not an easy problem to solve, since they often change quality, sometimes position and it's impossible for us to keep track of it all. I've lowered the quality tags ... |

is Mäsiarstvo pod kúpaliskom (shop=butcher) closed all the time? Then almost certainly it should not be tagged as shop=butcher
And if it is not always closed then opening_hours=closed is wrong
For closed shops that are vacant/rebuilt/etc tagging like disused:shop=butcher would be better |

shop= represents an active, operating business.
opening_hours= tells you if that operating business has any opening hours and what are those, if any.
Not all businesses have opening hours. Not having them doesn't imply the shop no longer operates.
Let's take this particular butcher's shop as an example..... |
