Please can you explain the actual problem? Doctors Walk is a wood, which like 99% of natural features does not have a sign with its name. The name, or lack thereof, for a wood should have no bearing on navigation. Where was the driver actually trying to navigate to? I am intrigued.

You are not explaining the reason a named natural feature is a problem or if/why the driver is concerned about the name of the wood. Names such as this are useful for walkers for example. You still haven't answered where the driver was trying to get to? which may help us understand why you see this as a problem.
