If there are only rockfall danger signs and no restriction signs like traffic_sign=DE:259 than the path shouldn't be mapped with a restriction. Thanks for your help | |
| 5 | ~ 5 days ago | commented | S A B ♦12 | I entered the path from Griesgrund, and suspect that the sign in the opposite direction might be placed closer to Turnvater Jahn Hütte, but that's just a guess. The sign that remains is placed by Haspelbaude. I unfortunately did not take a picture of it and I don't remember exactly what it said (sorry!), but to the best of my recollection it informs in German that the path is closed due to rockfall danger. My hiking partner who does not read German had no way of interpreting the meaning of the sign. I assumed this was related to the recent storms in the area (many paths are closed according to a sign post we saw in Rathen), but if it's a relic from years ago it might indeed be something else going on. | |
