The memorial definitely exists and evidently includes the surrounding bridges and pool in addition to the plaza, so having the overall historic=monument tagging on https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/17848942 seems most correct. I removed the name on https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/258048221 and deleted the multipolygon, it wasn't needed after I improved the foot geometry. I also added the four monolith stones as historic=memorial + memorial=stele points and added an image to the statue. | |
