It’s still a full-fledged construction site—you can see scaffolding, a construction crane, and the old Pestalozzi School sign. So, as I’ve already shown with my online findings, this will likely not be completed until sometime next year, since the call for bids for the actual relocation of the archive is scheduled for April–October 2027. I’ve documented the current status of the site using `check_date` and `fixme`. --- aleph_null, I’d like to close this note again tomorrow, if you don’t have any objections. Don’t worry—that doesn’t mean the issue is resolved or will be forgotten. But for now, there’s nothing else we can do, and in a way, it’s already “resolved.” I’ve set up a “Note Reminder Bot” that will reopen this note on the (earliest) date mentioned above. Auf dem Luftbild sieht man auch klar zwei unterschiedliche Dächer, im Alkis hat das sogar zwei Adressen. Für mich klingt das so, als wäre es angemessen, das als zwei Gebäude mit jeweils amenity=community_centre darzustellen. Passt das zu deinem Eindruck vor Ort (in der Hoffnung dass du dich noch erinnern kannst)? Ich würde dann aber die Vereine in operator=* schreiben, name=* fände ich nur passend, wenn es einen richtigen Namen hat, wie Wichtiges-Eherenmitglied-Haus. | |

Ich habe den jetzt als Teil einer separaten DJK-Tennisanlage gemappt und die Gebäude getrennt (beide building=pavilion, das nördliche dann mit der Nummer 74). Das DJK-Vereinsheim ist als POI separat vom Gebäude gemappt. Ich habe erstmal nicht amenity=community_centre für das DJK-Vereinsheim benutzt, sondern nur club=sport, denn das Vereinsheim kann nur von Mitgliedern angemietet werden. Das andere Gebäude ist auch eher klein und glaube ich nicht wirklich ein separater POI, sondern schlicht Teil vom leisure=sports_centre. Passt das so? Die Relation sollte zur Gruppierung von 3D-Elementen benutzt werden, nicht für das Gebäude selbst. Das Gebäude bekommt dann in der Relation die Rolle "outline" (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:building). Hier reicht auch ein einfaches Polygon für die Outline. Schwebende Gebäudeteile werden in OSM Carto nicht angezeigt, d. h. die Kartenansicht entspricht quasi einer Erdgeschossansicht. Was hier insbesondere nicht gepasst hat: Die normalen Tags gehören auf die Outline (mit building=*), nicht auf die Relation. Ich habe versucht, das einmal zu verbessern. Es sieht auch so aus, als ob das Philosophicum dasselbe Problem hat. | |

Die innere Fläche enthält mit residential=university eine konkrete Zusatzinformation und ist damit nicht einfach nur ein doppeltes landuse=residential. Für solche studentisch bzw. hochschulbezogen genutzten Wohnflächen ist landuse=residential + residential=university der übliche Tag. amenity=student_accommodation kann man für die eigentliche Unterkunft zusätzlich verwenden, ist aber nicht dasselbe wie die landuse-Erfassung der Wohnfläche und passt auch nicht in jedem Fall gleich gut, etwa wenn die Wohnanlage nicht ausschließlich für Studierende genutzt wird. Ich habe jetzt auch erstmal den Namen vom Gebäude zu einem alt_name am POI/landuse bewegt, der offizielle Name auf https://www.studierendenwerk-mainz.de/wohnen/wohnheime/bingen ist schlicht "Wohnheim Bingen". | |
