♦1,924		I agree that this is an unusual name, but this is the name of the site according to RLIS. If you're curious about its etymology, I recommend inquiring Metro which owns this piece of land (based on the name likely a former delinquent property)

♦1,924		Confirm address for this house, two addresses were imported from RLIS. PortlandMaps says that this is 3450 Doubletree however based on imagery it looks like the entrance on 34th.

♦438		Washington County's data is a little dubious which is probably the source of confusion. It shows 3548 as both 3548 and 1058, but 1033 as both 3450 and 1033. However, 1033 is correct, but 3458 should be 1058 also according to WashCo. PortlandMaps is probably confused for this reason.
