♦5		If I understand the situation correctly, it IS allowed by law to pass this road by foot or by bike. However, the land owner really dislikes people using the road and he/she tries to make it look as it is not allowed to use the road. Passing south of the river (lake) is not always an option.

♦470		Interesting case. Hard to make that call with "allemansrätten", this could be considered "hemfridszon" as your passing right by the buildings. But it is also a road passing through which is publicly accessible by the law. This would need to be tried in court, the landowner might also have gotten permission from the municipality to restrict access, this is unclear, and would be interesting as the border between two municipalities runs here.

♦5		Yes it is hard to know exactly was is allowed here. Also, there are signposts put up around the road. If the person who put them up did not seek permission to do so from the municipality, they are illegal. Should OSM then take such signposts into consideration? I think it might be best to just leave the road as it is.

♦35		I don't agree, since it was very annoying for me there with the bike (had to go back to Mariedal). There are signs everywhere, especially for people on bikes to use the southern route if the bicycle boat is out of season. So even if it might be illegal, thats how the municipality handles it. (But: I cant check how exactly it is tagged atm, just wanted to make sure, that the bicycle route doesnt follow this way, so consider resolving/closing this again)

♦5		I think that is a private company that do not wish to argue with the landowner that do not like cycling on his land. The road is not closed. The local landowner har put up signs for which he may not have permission from the local authourities. According to the law, likely, the road is open for cycling and for walking. But to be sure one has to contact the municipality.

♦2,744		Hi! Im Prinzip können alle entsprechenden Gebäude das building=hospital bekommen, wobei bei reinen Verwaltungsgebäuden auch building=office passen würde. Dabei geht es nur um die Art des Gebäudes. Da @Konetchy selbst nicht aktiv ist, weiß ich nicht ob er / sie noch mitliest... Aus meiner Sicht wäre es wichtiger (ich hatte das dann auch "in meinem Sinne" interpretiert), die einzelnen Abteilungen des Krankenhauses (welches hier richtig per amenity=hospital https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/48894118 erfasst ist) zu mappen. Die einfachste Art dies zu tun, wäre amenity=clinic als Node (z.B. https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2413870547). Zum einen ist es kaum möglich, die Abteilungen flächig so genau zu trennen, zum anderen gäbe es bestimmt auch Gebäude, in denen mehrere Abteilungen vorhanden sind. Die könnte man dann per level=* genauer verorten. Aber: Ich habe das vor 2 Jahren dann erstmal pausiert, weil ich feststellte, dass der auf der Website des Krankenhauses vorhandene Lageplan nicht aktuell war. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich durch Bautätigkeit und Verlagerung von Abteilungen so viel getan, dass das ganze Gelände nochmal überprüft werden muss. Es wurden Gebäude abgerissen und nach dem neuen Lageplan auf der Website (der allerdings nicht sehr detailliert ist), scheint im südlichen Teil des Geländes nicht mehr viel medizinisches los zu sein. Fazit: das ist eine ziemlich große Aufgabe :-)

Nach den seehr vielen und großen Schildern zu urteilen, würd ich mich da aber wirklich nur als Kund*in hinstellen
