Perdona tot el rotllo de resoldre/reactivar la nota, ara la deixaré oberta i et deixo tancarla si pensas que la meva resposta es satisfactoria hehe Al meu entendre, si be Google te copyright de les seves dades, no pot tenir-lo del coneixement, i mirar una informació al Google Street View y després incorporarla (mes encara si ja hi ha una nota) no pot ser ilegal. Es com llegir info en una enciclopédia i crear un article en Wikipedia basat en el que has aprés, no pot ser ilegal ;p Ara be,em sembla be posarle de nom "Bitácora" al bar; dons, si vols tancar la nota, sensa problema!

♦164		Hola Marion, no és molèstia en absolut. T'agraeixo que t'hagis pres el temps de revisar les meves anotacions. He buscat informació i veig que hi ha una política clara de OSM en no importar dades procedents de Google. Recomano llegir aquesta FAQ: https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Licence_and_Legal_FAQ#2.1.5._Can_I_copy_data_from_Google? De tota manera, habitualment em fixo bastant en el que posa al rètol abans d'enviar informació a OSM. Naturalment que em puc equivocar! Però Google (o els seus col·laboradors) també, i sovint la informació de Google Maps conté errors. A banda del tema legal, tampoc ho consideraria una font fiable. Però si algú es passa per el lloc i ho descobreix que m'he equivocat, estaré encantat que ho corregeixi!

Es clar que fer importacions de Google es ilegal, pero mirar per confirmar alguna cosa que ja sabies no pot serlo, ja que els teus pensaments no es poden copyrightear haha Respecte a aquest POI, el que he pasat era un link al Street View, que en principi hauria de ser menys propens a errors que el que hagin posat els verificadors de google a ma; en qualsevol cas, confirmaba el que tu deias Deixo la nota oberta per si jo pogues pasar per alla i afegir una foto amb el StreetComplete del toldo, per veure si encara posa Bitacora Fanny com es veu al Street View, o si mes aviat es Bitacora sol
