I remove the poles and let the line as power:cable. By default, it is assumed as underground. Only one part at West is still overhead. Not sure underground powerline is exactly at the same place (more likely it is close). But we can not dig to find them :). What do you think? | |

When I find the time to so, I usually just check if newer imagery has them (because there are still overground landlines) or not, then remove the entire line. Because it is actually unlikely that the power line is at the very same place as before, it is more likely to be under/near the streets. But since we can't verify it, I remove them entirely. | |

Contrary to the Google source, we are allowed to use this data for OSM purposes by the company behind the data. Go to https://ja.is/kort, zoom in, and explore the 360° view. (I mention this because I use it for stuff like power lines etc.) | |

I doubt that either is available? If we do know a start- and an endpoint of an underground cable, a connection would still contain information about the network but in-between nodes would not. But also this I doubt, so I vote for deletion as well. | |
