Is there a path or track between the service road from Radwell to Radwell FP5 here? USRN data (numbered street and officially descrived street) suggests that there should be.

Having walked that path (though not since 2020), I don't believe so. There is a private property about where the note node is, preventing public access between the two points you mention. May have changed since 2020, of course.

Thanks for checking. Sometimes you find "streets" in Open USRN which were planned, but never developed, or which no longer exist.

Unable to answer "What type of barrier is this?" – Barrier (Unspecified Type) – https://osm.org/node/1495322081 via StreetComplete 61.0: More of a way market then a barrier Attached photo(s): https://streetcomplete.app/p/279691.jpg

I would go with bollards, these look to be here to prevent vehicular access.

I regularly walk and cycle past those, and would agree with Mex to tag these as bollards. They do protect NCN12 from vehicle incursion.
