This intersection is additionally controlled by traffic lights, so traffic is not allowed to even enter the roundabout until the lights turn green. Furthermore, I think Californian traffic laws (vehicle code 21451a, specifically) generally state that traffic that has not entered the intersection must yield to traffic that remains in the intersection even when a traffic light turns green, so the implication is that traffic that has already entered the roundabout retain right of way. Each of them can have to have their own business license. The sign on the street is "Salons by JC". Notice the plural "salons". Some of these people with licenses could perform services offsite, like for weddings, but they still need a permanent business address. So it's technically correct. Whether all of these businesses are still valid besides is a separate question. You can verify such information with the City of San Jose. Any business in the city limits must be registered and of course pay taxes. It's also worth noting that each of these single owner businesses do have a note that it's "Located inside Salons by JC", and they can each have separate contact information. So you can't really combine them under a single address point. If you so desire, you could add a site relation with all of these businesses, but these points seem to be valid. | ||
