I've surveyed the area before and the previous properties there have been converted into a general grass space somewhere between 2024 - 2025, so there isn't much aerial imagery available. I was going to revert the area of the park, however, I went to check the City's community plan, and does looks like the boundary is extended in their 'Metrotown Downtown' plan for land use.
