interesting. This is actually marked for a snowmobile route... however I think this is wrong as the snowmobile probably can just follow the path of the road and not have to use this off-road nonexistent path... I'd vote to delete but wonder about opinions of other mappers/

The Bing Streetside imagery looks terrible but I don't see any trails/sidewalks along the road

There are a lot of these trails in MN. Someone imported the trails from the MN Dept. of Natural Resources many years ago with the incorrect tags. I think they should just be tagged winter_road, but should definitely not be tag as paths or tracks

Snowmobile paths usually cut across farmland and don't follow the roads necessarily. They would only be visible in winter and on official maps.

I have seen many like this but am not sure how to tag them. In this case (and many others) the ditch is used and there is no trail except in winter. I came across one instance of someone stating to use "highway=path + seasonal=winter + snowmobile=yes/designated". But I have never found anything very definitive. It would be nice if there was a standard for this similar to tagging a road with cycleway:right=*.

Based on imagery with the double-double yellow lines, yes, I would say a turn restriction exists making a left out of the driveway.
