I thinks it's clear that the orangery itself still exists. Was it ever mapped? If it was, it needs to be undeleted (to properly preserve its history). The tags relating to it as a cafe can then be removed and tags appropriate for a hire space added.

At first sight, I suspect the station is at most two buildings each side of Coopers Row, with a bridge or railway arch between them to support the rail platform and track. There are other anomalies too. America Square is 13 storeys but has no defined layer so it sits entirely below the tracks and platforms which are layer 1. It also has a name_2 of ETC venues which I suspect does not occupy the entire building and therefore should be mapped as a point node wherever its signage is located (or removed altogether if it has no signage). There's also a building visible on bing but unmapped, which seems to be suspended above the tracks over Coopers Row. Once that is sorted and the existing "building" split where it crosses Coopers Row it should be possible to add the sidewalks without warnings about the sidewalks passing through a building.

I was not entirely comfortable with it either, but the problem is that the POI Type only specifies "Recycling Bin", but there are multiple different types of facility - electricals, clothing, shoes - and they are not located together. The current labelling is therefore unhelpful to the map user. Similar designation has been done on Ewhurst Road and in central Catford - where the operator of the recycling bin has been defined as the material it accepts. If there is a way to change the headline designation that would be considerably more helpful.

As it presently stands, the implication is that to go from one end of the cafe to the other you must go through the toilet which I suspect isn't true :). The mapping of the building parts possibly provides useful information for 3D maps so I don't want to interfere with that or lose any information. So I've provisionally moved the information about the cafe business and the toilets to two point nodes. That solves the false implication about needing to go through the toilets. The building itself is still mapped as four separate building parts as before.

It keeps the information about the building such as its street address and also preserves the mapping history. The old_name no longer appears on the map (when the tiles next update). When a new business opens there, you can add a new name=xxxx tag to the existing way. But it's still useful to keep the old_name tag so that history is not lost and the old_name can still be searched.

I took a walk that way: https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Matt%20Copperwaite/traces/12207705 Unfortunately it's not easy to upload the photos with OSMTracker, but it's been useful. New Look is still there, next to it, on the North side and towards the east is SPVR, the VR place mentioned, so this gives us direction and unit numbers. Next to that is two units of River Island followed by two units of Superdrug, before the H&M on the end.
