All the future infrastructure has been mapped as highway=construction, which is fine because this tag is meant for future roads that do not exist yet. The future bridge is correctly mapped as proposed:* (lifecycle prefix). But, unfortunately, a mapper wanted to be helpful by adding the type of users that will be allowed to use it and started adding bicycle=designated to all the future roads… without realizing that this tag would be understood by routers, to grant access to roads that are currently unbuilt. I removed the bad tags here. We can wait a few days for third-party routing engines to refresh their copy of OSM data and, hopefully, no longer send users here.

The path has not been physically removed, it's directly on the ground, but a part (this one that I've just cut : osm.org/way/1434406015) was flooded. I suppose it is regularly flooded and that's why there is a new boardwalk (it looked new). I agree with not deleting the path, but I don't know if it's accessible in dry conditions. But now I know. I do not have Mapillary, so I cannot see the link. For Jakka: Only cyclists and pedestrians (plus horses I guess) can go through (as visible on the board shown on the forbidden link). Cars coming from Van Den Broeck towards Robberechts can drive until those blocks but will have to make a u-turn. Cars are allowed on the other side of those blocks, but it is a cycle street as on the first part of the avenue and cyclists have thus normally priority over cars, although cars dont respect it. Lots of drivers don't seem to know those blocks are there.
