There are many delivery folks (e.g., Uber eats, GrubHub, doordash, along with a wide variety of other entities) that have a lot of difficulty of finding this address because navigation routes them to South sisters way, which has no access to this property. The only way to access the property is via the long driveway off of South Beavercreek road. A faint road grade was visible up to about 25 years ago, but it is now so overgrown as to be indistinguishable from the adjoining terrain. The road appears on some versions of OSM and is misleading for geocachers. I've hiked this area since the /70's and know it very well.

From a driver's perspective: you're driving on the I84 West. This is a 2 way split, where the 2 left lanes go to I205 South, with an option to go to I205 North. The 2 right lanes keep you on I84 West. This does indeed eventually get you to I5 but about 6-8 miles later. If this isn't actually an issue, feel free to ignore, I've just taken a wrong turn too many times and wanted to see if something could be done to make it clearer that you continue down 84 west.

It is kinda strange that I couldn't find information on who owns this, whether it is city, ODOT, or private. It doesn't exist on ODOT or West Linn GIS data. The "bike route" sign at the entrance of this seems to be city installed, and ODOT GIS says there is no bicycle facility on this side of the highway for this strech so it's probably not theirs. And when you are committed to completing and they get their source from OSM, guess what? You get a bunch of people out there unsafely trying to ride this. There are more than 3,000 riders in Portland logging new miles in Portland based on what OSM is telling them us rideable. That is where I disagree with the whole "legal" vs dangerous debate. There is another section on Ross Island bridge that is even worse than this one that just got reverted back to bikeable even the to get to it you have to ride the bridge on the side that has no sidewalk or shoulders, no room for a bike on a lane with constant traffic going at freeway speeds.
