Hello. Sorry for the 10-month delay; I rarely check notes. There is no such thing as an Abkhazian mapper; I'm from the Georgian community. Tkvarcheli is a Georgian toponym; Tqwarchal is the approved version in Abkhazia. We decided to use the absolute version of the "Truth on the ground" rule and apply the local version of names. Source of toponyms: V. Chirikba "DICTIONARY OF GEOGRAPHICAL NAMES OF ABKHAZIA AND OTHER STATES".

The same with other cities. I cleaned up all of them. Some Georgians have an opinion to show somehow their version of toponyms because it's unrecognizable state. Decision: to fill up name:ka-Latin with direct transcription from Georgian. But after this suggestion, nobody started to do so :)

I live in the City, despite it's used both ways the correct form is "Bulevar" in spanish and not the french word "Boulevard". Here are some links to official documents and news naming it "Bulevar": https://www.concejosantafe.gov.ar/wp-content/uploads/Ordenanza/Ordenanza_10578.pdf https://www.ellitoral.com/area-metropolitana/bulevar-pellegrini-roto-socavon-averia-paseo-cantero-central-restauracion-pendiente-poletti-municipalidad-santa-fe_0_Cf1d6gsD3L.html https://www.airedesantafe.com.ar/santa-fe/bulevar-galvez-y-pellegrini-cuantos-socavones-se-registraron-los-ultimos-anos-n580889
