Tkvarcheli is a Georgian toponym; Tqwarchal is the approved version in Abkhazia. We decided to use the absolute version of the "Truth on the ground" rule and apply the local version of names. Some Georgians have an opinion to show somehow their version of toponyms because it's unrecognizable state. Decision: to fill up name:ka-Latin with direct transcription from Georgian. But after this suggestion, nobody started to do so :) | |
