♦3,655		Well it's a track which is unlikely to affect routing much and even if it's closed, it looks like people could easily just take Diamond / Station. We don't typically change roads to construction for relatively short repairs (6 months is the rule of thumb), so I would recommend just monitoring to see when construction is complete and update it then if necessary.

♦3,655		The parcel map is a very strong resource but it's not guaranteed to be perfect. If you believe the parcel map is wrong, contact them. See if you can find a number on the fire station building. Do the same for the PnP market and get pictures. It's not impossible to get it resolved, but to prevent vandalism OSM defaults to government sources which is why I looked it up.

I've had this same issue before when I used Google maps but all they did was put 6100 on both spots.

♦43		I apologize for any confusion. Yes, the unnamed access road off Valley Road still exists as shown on the prior map, but it is not possible to go from there south to Fellowship Road North, even though it looks like they connect. There is a barrier across the road, blocking it at the point where it intersects Fellowship Road N, and a "Do not enter" sign. The barrier has been there for over a year at least. This is relevant because, if you are trying to go from I-287 to the Sieminski Theater in Fellowship Village, as I was, the GPS tries to send you via that access road, but you can't get through. The only way there is from Valley Road south to Martinsville Road, then right on Allen Road.

♦3,655		Like you said, there is a sign near this note and another at the junction that indicates it's a private road BUT the parcel map does not indicate it's private, and the street sign doesn't end in PVT. Also the mail boxes aren't by the highway. So I believe some private citizens just put up some signs to discourage people using a public road.
