They still only had one front door though, and i was being called back to the car park before I could go in and ask if they were associated with each other, or get a photograph. But the paint and signs on the front of the building was the two different companies (in a similar business though)

♦1,346		Hello Ryan, Thank you for keeping such a close eye on this development. I have been through here today (with a last minute GPS trace, where what has been drawn is sooooo close to the GPS trace, that the GPS offset error from my phone should be seen as perfect). Noticed that this little junction here (marked as under construction) seems to be completely gone. They had a mound of earth about 1 Metre high where the old road should have ended at the junction: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/5492718 Could it be worth getting rid of that section of "under constriction" road? I don't want to go start poking around somewhere you have clearly taken a lot of time and effort maintaining :) I just wish i had know about this before heading through, as i would have taken some pictures and started the GPS trace much earlier! Thank you for all your effort maintaining this area, And I hope what little info i have given you may help you :)

♦3,500		Hi, Thanks for the GPS trace, I have aligned the eastbound carriageway to this. The old downhill section of the A417 is due to be downgraded, and re-opened as Cold Slad Lane, but there is no timeframe for this. I think it's best leaving it as under construction for this reason, but I have updated the tags to reflect the downgrade. Thanks, Ryan

I can't seem to find any evidence for this, but apparently the change goes through this month, so it is unlikely any charts have updated yet.

♦1,346		I think it may have been added as the assumption it is traffic lights like on a circular junction, but to my knowledge the lights that were installed barely a month ago are only for a pedestrian crossing, and stopping traffic on the slip-road / off ramp. I will try and remember to check when I head that direction.

Source - Local people complaining on Facebook that there is no point putting EV chargers along this road, as they have never seen anyone charge their EV on this road before (when there were no chargers).

♦1,346		I will try and investigate where it ends, but its possible it is just a little short cut to get to get to the crossing only a few metres away. There was nothing obvious further south though, which Is why I think i have missed it for so long.

♦1,346		I have gone and had a look, and it seems the location is just to allow cyclists travelling along William street and Grafton Street to temporarily cross the road via the traffic lights, which are a "Toucan" crossing, though a very old style of crossing. Unfortunately neither side of the pavement is a shared cycle way all the way along, with the road having very specific markings on the road, and blue signs, that cyclists should use the road :( You can *just* see a little kerb on and off the main road here https://streetcomplete.app/p/362553.jpg
