I might make an effort to fix, but I'm not sure how widespread the issue is in the area.

This building looks to be the original Woodcote Grove https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1028576, which is the HQ of WS Atkins plc (Companies House Open Data). Do you know anything more about "Epsom Gateway", the only open data references are to Nuffield Health.
