StreetComplete asks this question ("Are pedestrians forbidden to walk on this road") if a road (here Gargarinova) has no sidewalks tagged, which is the case here as there is no explicit sidewalk on the traffic islands between the various lanes of Podlucinskeho. Yet it is easy to cross Podlucinskeho here (the traffic islands really help) and I can`t see any prohibition to cross (see photo). On the other hand, answering the above question with "Yes" implies one has to walk _on_ the road (due to lack of sidewalks) which is rather unadvisable on Gargarinova. Thus IMHO the best option would be to either add some sidewalks on the traffic islands (probably representing reality) or say that since there is no lowered curb there is no crossing (but that then leads to interesting pedestrian routings in navigation apps) | |

If a routing app sends you through here, it's buggy. The proper routing for foot traffic is, like I already mentioned, to go a few meters to the north and to cross Podlučinského using a marked crossing. IMHO these ways should be tagged according to the reality on the ground, not according to what some particular router would do with the data.
