J'ai l'impression que c'est représentable dans la syntaxe d'opening_hours mais ça ne rendre pas dans les 255 caractères permis. J'ai simplifié en retirant les spécificité femme et hammam vs sauna, mais ça parait moyennement satisfaisant. Y a-t-il une manière de gérer ça mieux ?
