Note this facility seems to have been mapped as both an area (building) and a point. If the note is correct, the node should be eliminated in favour of the building. If, as looks likely, the actual amenity includes a garden, the garden should be mapped as an area, and both name and amenity tags moved from the building to that, but simply moving the information from the point to the building is better than no change. It's still mapped as a building and point, with the point outside the building. Morevover, the aerial imagery strongly suggest that the "building" is not a building, unless it has an extensive roof garden, but a rather a site containing a building, trees, and sunshades. It looks to me as though the building is a more accurate location than the point.

Both building and point are still on the map, so need to be removed before this note is closed.
