I consulted with other mappers[^1] (https://osmus.slack.com/archives/C2VJAJCS0/p1767828976342219 -- https://slack.osm.us/) and the consensus is that it would be misleading to mark this as tactile_paving=yes unless there is the standard "truncated dome" warning surface. The best tag we have for this scored concrete at the moment is tactile_paving=primitive, but unfortunately StreetComplete doesn't currently support that option.[^2] For now, you can either leave the StreetComplete quest unanswered, or leave notes at intersections with this semi-tactile paving so you or other mappers can come along and tag those as tactile_paving=primitive using another editor.
