♦275		I have always been a bit confused about the rules with intersections involving sidewalks. According to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Crossings, intersections between cycleways and footways appear to be tagged with "highway=crossing". I think this crossing here is okay.

♦845		Salons and barbers do subcontract or lease spaces to individuals with licenses to cut hair. Each of them can have to have their own business license. The sign on the street is "Salons by JC". Notice the plural "salons". Some of these people with licenses could perform services offsite, like for weddings, but they still need a permanent business address. So it's technically correct. Whether all of these businesses are still valid besides is a separate question. You can verify such information with the City of San Jose. Any business in the city limits must be registered and of course pay taxes. It's also worth noting that each of these single owner businesses do have a note that it's "Located inside Salons by JC", and they can each have separate contact information. So you can't really combine them under a single address point. If you so desire, you could add a site relation with all of these businesses, but these points seem to be valid.
