The "The place has gone or never existed." text was likely composed by Organic Maps and the person adding the note had no control over it. PS: There's now an extra "St Patrick's" - https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/357637013/history . I guess it didn't get picked up as a duplicate because the main building was misnamed until recently.
