I mapped a bridge here for a few reasons: - The dock has multiple levels with a walkway near water-level and the rails on an elevated structure above it - bridge area names show up in a lot of renderers while man_made=pier names do not I can see the argument for making a separate area that's man_made=pier for the portion extending into the water

Everything looks good to me. if you would like to suggest ways to tags this further, I think trans load points on rail could be tagged better.
