| 3 | ~ 1 year ago | commented | T0mass | Hi the second path goes from the north gate of Colaiste Muire to 50 metres past the first left hand turn on the R300 The path is very wide, almost wider than the road, along the right hand side of the road. The path is visible on the latest google earth imagery. And yes the GAA club has two pitches, the north pitch is 1/2 in the Colaiste grounds Thanks | |

As for the additional astro/handball pitch, it might be best wait until we have fresh opensource imagery available. | |

There is still a path missing that goes from the North entrance of the Coláiste as far as the junction where the R300 meets the L16026 at Carheen - about 100 metres north of the Coláiste north entrance. All the new developments can be seen very clearly on Google Earth - May 2025, if you need a clearer idea of what I’m describing. Thanks, Tomás | |
