If the practitioner is only findable online, then it's a bit more of a gray zone. As long as you do not copy from other maps (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Don%27t_copy_from_other_maps -- that also counts for phone books and other online directories like doctolib!) it is allowed, but a little frowned upon as it is hard to verify. Rezemika, je te recommande aussi d'aller faire un tour du côté de la page wiki 'Comment cartographier un... (santé)' (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Comment_cartographier_un_(sant%C3%A9)) qui contient beaucoup d'infos précieuses et utiles pour cartographier les praticiens.
