It's similar to how Crest at Morganfield (South, off of Corbina Road) is mapped. There's no through roads but both have signage with the same name at their entrances, and are in different phases of development. It looks like for both subdivisions I mentioned, there will be through roads connecting them eventually anyway - no need for multiple landuse=residential areas. | |
