I believe that tagging these designs as artwork makes the most sense: certainly, more sensible than `crossing:markings zebra,bicolor:transflag` which is near-impossible for data consumers to realistically parse. Regardless, `lgbtq=*` is an access tag, so the former `lgbtq=trans` tagging is improper. How you choose to tag your LGBTQ-themed artwork on crossings is up to you (we settled on the artwork-tagging approach in Seattle, where I am from) and I have no intention of starting an "edit war" over this so do as you like, but please refrain from using `lgbtq=trans` in these cases.
