I noticed that when I tried searching for this library on OsmAnd app, it didn't appear. I added the node, and it now appears. ♦168		The problem is that (I believe), the course is being demolished. Hard to tell with undated aerial imagery knowing which is more up-to-date. Local knowledge would help here. If it is under construction, the golf elements should be removed.

♦12,141		https://clubandresortbusiness.com/lake-merced-golf-club-completes-15m-renovation-opens-oct-1/ I don't think they closed, but in 2021-2022 they were closed for a while for renovation which may mark when they completely changed their layout. 4-5 years sounds about right for how old most of our sat imagery gets before they change so it's very possible it needs a refresh versus a removal.

♦653		Exit 315 doesn't start here, it actually starts northwest of here, past the bridge. I can't fix it because i do not know how to disconnect the motorway link. Basically, If I were to take the exit here, I would be crossing a solid line, which is incorrect. I've added a point with a fixme on it to help show you where the actual exit starts, making it the legal start of the exit, and the safest way for drivers to follow along.
