Do you mean muster point in some historical sense or in a current emergency sense?

Thanks. This building has a name tagged. Unfortunately, many renders will prioritise showing POIs like the coffee shop and museum over displaying a building name

Is there a map showing what the boundaries of the area that should be referred to as the parade square? I'd prefer to map this as an area rather than a point.

Thanks for the note! So, this one is a little complicated. The short version is that both names are tagged in a way that follows the OSM conventions. Which name is displayed most prominently is a decision made by developer of the specific app or website using OSM data. The area is broken down into three different boundaries in OSM. I’m also seeing four English names in use to identify parts of the Halifax Citadel areas. The four names are: The common “name” used is "Citadel Hill" The “official name” used is "Halifax Citadel National Historic Site” The fort itself is "Halifax Citadel" There is also an "old_name" listed for the fort portion, "Fort George" The three areas are: 1. The fort itself. So, the ditch and everything within it. This is tagged with the name “Halifax Citadel” and the “old_name” “Fort George” 2. The archaeological site which covers the entire area bordered by Brunswick, Sackville, Bell, Ahern, Rainnie, and Gottigen. This is tagged with the “name” “Citadel Hill” a

Whoops, found the character limit: This is tagged with the “name” “Citadel Hill” and the "official_name" "Halifax Citadel National Historic Site" 3. The administrative boundary. This is the same area as area 2, but is used for aspects of OSM mapping that I'm not familiar with. This is tagged with the "name" "Halifax Citadel National Historic Site" The OSM convention is the use the most commonly used local name for the "name" tag and then to record the official name with the "official_name" tag. "name" is the default name tag and is generally displayed prominently by most renders. (The example in the wiki is the country of France: name=France, official_name=French Republic) From a practical standpoint, most map apps and websites, even if they do not display the official name, will allow users to search for it. So, most people using an OSM based app to navigate to the historic site should be easily able to find it based on the information on the Parks Canada website.
