♦262		Wieder was gelernt. Dann behaupte ich halt, ich war vor Ort und habe es gesehen.. dass sich nach 15 Jahren an der Straßenführung ändert ist ja nicht so unrealistisch. Denke das Verbot zielt hauptsächlich auf das automatisierte verarbeiten von größeren Datenmengen mit Skripten/deren API. Dass noch kein anderer OSM Contributer jemals bei Streetview zum verifizieren nachgeschaut hat ist Wunschdenken.

♦525		Hallo sembelst134, bitte beachte, dass das kopieren aus nicht zulässigen Quellen für OSM als Gesamtprojekt ein erhebliches Risiko darstellt. Mit diesem Verhalten schadest du erheblich mehr als du hilfst. Bitte unterlasse das. Deine Bearbeitung hier wird auch im Forum diskutiert: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/google-streetview-versteckt-verwenden/132654 Ich habe dich eben gemeldet. Meiner Einschätzung nach müssen derartige Änderungen Revertiert und vollständig aus der Historie entfernt werden. Bitte erläutere einmal, welche Informationen genau du aus welcher Quelle hast. Ist der gesamte Änderungssatz https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/168850464 von Google Streetview abgeschrieben? Sind weitere deiner Änderungssätze betroffen?

♦262		In Vergangenheit waren meine Änderungen im Prinzip ausschließlich basierend auf persönlicher Erkundung (Großteil bei Radtouren und im Nachhinein aus Gedächtnis eingepflegt) Nur bei den aktuellsten Änderungen als ich Hinweise entdeckt hab, muss ich zugeben auf GMaps zurückgriffen zu haben - weil ich es schlichtweg nicht wusste, sorry Die kann ich aber gern auch alle rückgängig machen. Weitere Diskussion über den Fall im Forum oder hier gewünscht?

♦525		Vielen dank für deine Rückmeldung und Einsicht. Fehler macht jeder, anzubieten sie zu korrigieren jedoch nicht. Danke dafür. Ein revertieren von dir wird hier nichts bringen, da die Informationen immer noch im Verlauf der Objekte enthalten sein werden. Das ganze wird sich nun vermutlich die DWG angucken und dazu entscheiden. Die haben die Möglichkeit, auch Einträge aus der Historie von Objekten zu entfernen und damit die problematischen Punkte komplett verschwinden zu lassen. Als ich dich gemeldet habe, habe ich einen Verweis auf diese Diskussion hier gegeben. Es würde helfen, wenn du hier offenlegen würdest, welche Änderungssätze/Bearbeitungen von dir konkret aus (potentiell) unzulässigen Quellen stammen. Je genauer das ist, desto kleiner ist das Risiko, das hier zu viel revertiert wird. Es wäre ja schade, wenn deine guten Änderungen als Kolatteralschaden mit verschwinden würden. Ich hoffe, du siehst das ganze hier nicht als Angriff gegen dich. Das ist es definitiv nicht.

♦262		Nein ich hab ja auch zu danken, dass ich das, zwar auf diese unbequeme Art, erfahren hab - ich räume da auch meine Schuld ein, mich nicht ausreichend mit potentiellen Quellen beschäftigt zu haben. (FeatureRequest-ID-Editor: Weiß nicht ob ich das am Anfang in AGB ähnlichen Texten übersehen hab, aber vllt könnte ja auch für andere Leute jedes mal beim Öffnen des Editors ein Popup erscheinen, was man nicht darf) Nur zu Klarstellung für die Zukunft, etwas wie das Geoportal Sachsenatlas, das Verwenden des Browser-Addons https://github.com/julcnx/id-strava-heatmap-extension und das Einfügen von Informationen (zB Öffnungszeiten) von Webseiten ist meines Verständnis nach zulässig, korrekt? In dem Fall wären zumindest konkret folgende Änderungen von nicht OS-Quellen betroffen: 168850464, 168849061, 168797265, 168793914 Ggf. müssten auch eine ein paar geschlossene Hinweise reaktiviert werden

♦525		Zum Geoprotal Sachsenatlas habe ich das hier gefunden: "Bei der Bereitstellung erteilt die Vermessungsbehörde gemäß § 1 Nr. 3 der Sächsischen Geodatennutzungsverordnung in der jeweils geltenden Fassung eine Erlaubnis zur Nutzung, die eine uneingeschränkte Weiterverwendung der Informationen durch jedermann ermöglicht." (https://www.landesvermessung.sachsen.de/allgemeine-nutzungsbedingungen-8954.html) Das klingt schon mal ganz gut. Die iD Strava Heatmap extension kenne ich nicht. Es scheint aber extra für OSM programmiert worden zu sein, da würde ich davon ausgehen, dass der Entwickler sich Gedanken zum Urheberrecht gemacht hat. ♦3,681		Guten Morgen zusammen, ich habe die Änderung an https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/59209001 rückgängig gemacht (Neue Version: 8) und Version 7 redacted. Ich verzichte hier jetzt auf irgendwelche weiteren Maßnahmen, da sembelst seinen/ihren Fehler ja schon eingesehen hat und wir jetzt darauf vertrauen, dass das nicht wieder vorkommt. Zu der Zulässigkeit der anderen CSe kann ich mich nicht äußern, gerade beim Sachsenatlas wäre ich dankbar, wenn ihr das in c.osm.org diskutieren würdet. Wenn weitere Aktionen seitens der DWG notwendig sind, bitte ich dann entsprechend um Nachricht. Ich lasse die Note als Hinweis für ein Suchen vor Ort offen. One probable cause is the GPS collapsing everyone onto the same coordinates due to poor signals. I don't trust the locations of these (3) notes. Apart from the water stream note which can be armchaired, this could easily become an area search in the mountains for something which may not exist.

♦408		My guess: Notice that all three notes are made with maps.me, and one of them mentions "poi: landuse-forest". Using overpass to look at the osm data at the time, we see that the forest is https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/4508992 , and the location of the three notes is roughly at the centre of the forest. My guess is that when maps.me creates a note for way, it puts it in the centre of it, resulting in this situation. Anyway, agreed that the location is not trustable. ♦1,309		Not entirely useless. Using the American interpretation, a feature must have its "main building" plus its car park. Here, both sub-components are separated by the highway. I can see the mappers decided to use separate polygons to establish each component, then use a multipolygon (in OSM this would be a relation) to join them and describe the full feature. The logic is sound. It seems there is nothing to do here.

♦408		Sorry for the uninformative comment earlier - honestly I'm not sure either, there's a very twisty and turny stair starting from the south-west end of Stadium Path, and most of it is behind a locked gate (slope maintenance path iirc), making it harder to survey. Also I'm pretty sure there's a whole unmapped footway network in this area that's much more extensive than the one I was talking about. Another factor is that I was simply tired on the day I surveyed this and didn't want to climb steps. Re-survey recommended.

♦481		OSMs Datenkrake, wie z.B. ob ein Gebäude Flach, Walm oder Satteldach hat. Ob das Dach rot, braun oder schwarz ist. Wieviel Geschosse es hat. Um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen, interessiert mich alles nicht. Mir geht es um eine genaue Karte. Und da möchte ich NICHT, das praktisch unbefahrbare Sandpisten in der Karte genauso dargestellt werden, wie gut ausgebaute Zufahrtswege, die zu irgend etwas hinführen. Ein anderes Beispiel haben wir hier https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions#map=15/52.12263/13.50683&layers=Nzwischen Lindenbrück und Zesch am See. Die südliche Straße ist eine gut ausgebaute etwa 5 Meter breite Teerstraße in der Karte auch richtig dargestellt. Aber der nördliche Weg ist nur ein buckeliger Sandweg. In der Karte sind aber Beide gleich dargestellt. Ich babe den nördlichen Weg schon mehrmals zum Feld/Waldweg Grad 3 berichtigt. Aber irgend Jemand macht aus dem Feldweg immer wieder eine Nebenstraße. Ich habe es aufgegeben das zu berichtigen.

♦3,681		Hallo Herb67Win, vielen Dank zu deinen Hinweisen (ich habe einen geschlossen, sonst wird das auf der Karte unübersichtlich). Die Hausnummern-Situation vor Ort ist etwas komisch. Vor zwölf Jahren hat ein mittlerweile nicht mehr aktiver User dem Norma die Hausnummer 57 gegeben was auch realistisch ist, wenn das Wohngebäude neben dem Parkplatz 59 und die Gebäude hinter dem Corelliweg 61 und 63 sind. Auch der BayernAtlas der NICHT als Informationsquelle zugelassen ist (wir daraus als nicht kopieren dürfen!) sagt, das Norma Gebäude wäre 57. Spannend an der Geschichte ist aber, dass Norma auf seiner Webseite Hausnummer 59 angibt. Ist an dem Norma Gebäude irgendwo eine Hausnummer oder sonst in der näheren Umgebung an einem Gebäude auf demselben Grundstück?
