I am pretty sure that it is a typo, but not sure enough to just replace it (I edited some objects where situation seemed more clear to me). Or maybe this value was used deliberately? In such case, what was the intended meaning? If you know it is a mistake - can you fix it?

The depiction does not match the official map of India as recognized by the Government of India, where the entire region of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh is shown as an integral part of India. Since many users in India rely on map applications for accurate geographic information, I request that the boundary representation be reviewed and corrected to align with the official Survey of India map. I understand that the app uses OpenStreetMap data, but this issue may require attention or discussion with the data source to ensure the map representation complies with Indian regulations and accurately reflects the country's official boundaries. I just want to say that in Uppsala (not here though) we have consensus on not mapping sidewalks separately in low-complexity residential areas (see example explanation: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/hur-ska-man-egentligen-gora-med-trottoarer/143823/7 ) One needs to be very careful to map logical crossings, for pedestrian routing to work, when there isn't normal marked crossings. E.g. see explanation, page 81 https://multimob.be/uploads/osm-handbook.pdf In Uppsala we went as far as to remove some poorly drawn/unconnected sidewalks and move to the main roadway, but that's probably more controversial to do in the rest of Sweden. That's all, closing note again :)
