What's the real-world object you're trying to depict on the map? 2. Yes, imagery is old. Average is about 4 years old. Have you tried switching to another source like ESRI? Does that sound close enough? You can try: highway=footway construction:highway=residential This depicts a highway that's currently a footway, and that it's being constructed ("construction:" is a lifecycle tag, see: https://osm.org/wiki/Lifecycle_prefix) Alternatively, if the footway is not important enough for foot routing, or for locals to use as a shortcut, try: highway=construction construction=residential Then when the construction is complete, you can update it to highway=residential. | |

For instance, the parking lot north of the building, but south of Gov. Camins is actually a second floor parking lot. Under it is the first floor of the mall which hosts various stores. I understand that there are technical challenges from OSM's available tools, so this isn't an urgent query. I also don't trust in my abilities to do this justice just yet.
