I haven't been there to survey, but I found a student let brochure/listing with pictures that clearly shows that number one is the leftmost building as you've mapped it, so I feel this can be resolved.

♦3,861		Doesn't include university farmland, but am also uncertain whether it should. This situation applies to pretty much all agriculture schools (and agriculture research institutes). So places like Sutton Bonington; Aber (Bangor); RAC, Cirencester, Rothampstead; Allerton Project, Loddington, Leicestershire etc. Income the past these might have been mappable as a farm with the name "University Farm" but many now have quite extensive academic buildings (e.g., Aber). Cambridge, of course, have scrapped their farm and built Edfington on it. The signed permissive path network extends across the farmed areas. I haven't checked if named fields have an operator tag.
