No, it's not number 40 as previously mapped, it's number 38 -- but its entrance is in Maude Road. The first *door* you see from Vestry Road is number 40, but it's the door of the *second* house. I've marked up a photo at https://osm-harg.uk/CornerMaudeRoadAndVestryRoad.png which shows it clearly. Then, as mentioned by confusedbuffalo above, the block north of Maude Road skipped number 18 which I confirmed to be incorrect.
