Alvarado2510 is copying from copyrighted sources and he focuses on administrative borders, he knows he should not do that, so he first maps objects named in the law that establish the borders he intends to map, then follows assigns the relation memberships. he does have some trouble reading and interpreting, as you can see in this other note: https://osm.org/note/2284962

♦235		Claro que puedo explicar, la corrección, buenas días, en osmose indicaba un error con el uso de la clave tourim : information, la cual faltaba la información, use la informacion del nombre para colcarle como descripción, luego lleve a tierra firme ya que la edición se encotraba en el agua, ahora esta mas al sur, de donde estaba, el letrero informativo es para todo aquel viajero que se dirige a Bocas Del Toro, capital de la provincia.
