Why is Google Imagery being referenced in this case, when this pathway is on an underpass, and that Google Imagery is not an appropriate reference given it's non-free nature? As well, was the imagery relevant to the date this note was published?

♦4,023		First your note is confusing because Place Devonshire is not only under the A40, it is an actual street that continues, and you were not specific on what section you talk about. Second that you felt unsafe is irrelevant. What the signage says is all that matter. So is there a one-way sign for cars ? It has always been two-way unless they changed it. And for pedestrians, there is a sidewalk, so how is that an issue that there are cars on the street ? Please be much clearer else you will not be helped by anyone.
