That map contains multiple discrepancies with the other UrbIS maps, for instance the path north-east of Lijkweg is named Sukkelweg here and Adolphe Dupuich on the other, not to mention the mixup of bilingual names on other roads. This map was generated from another dataset. You are perfectly right to notice that there are multiple sources with official labels, and which say different things. Now, the question is who is willing to spend more time to survey this place again. Do I understand that you have no intention of helping?

For 71 it's easy : Take aerial, you will see a small dome on the top of the building : just in front you have 6 rectangle it's the "marquise/auvent" of the hotel. The entreance is just in the middle. (i have make many delivery in the past here), for the building passage as i remember it's straight not oblik as mapped now, 71 is perfectly placed in Urbis Admin so if we take the 73 and 75 : just in the middle it's the building passage (just a part is steps if i recall well) Of course a survey make this more precise but at least we can have the correct border and a more accurate position of the building passage.

CoMaps shows vector tiles, i.e., it can recompute labels of places on the fly. If you configure CoMaps to use French as the default language… then all the places where a French translation is available will be shown differently. That is why you see "Laerne", which is the French version of the name of that town. You can scroll the map and also see Anvers, Louvain, Courtrai and more, not to mention cities all over the world where OSM is aware of a translation. If you configure CoMaps to use "Local language" or English, then the original Dutch name, which is "Laarne" will be shown. That is why I wanted to confirm that there was no problem with OSM data for the main name. I dug through the history of the OSM object, and for the last 15 years it has consistently used name=Laarne, which is the correct and official Dutch spelling.

If you only have "railway=disused", when you make a query, you have no way of knowing whether you are talking about tram, subway or railway tracks. Other tags are missing. This might please those who only see OSM as a day-to-day map for practical use. But our map serves many purposes, such as being a reference map to create printed maps, to make accessibility studies or to compute statistics, e.g., the length of tram tracks in every city. This is the reason why I reverted some edits from the new user who undiscussedly erased entire tram infrastructures in Brussels and in Antwerp. Probably with good intentions, but with very short-sighted. In general, it is better to keep public transport infrastructure unchanged during temporary closures. But service changes that will last about one year are sometimes worth mapping, provided it is done in a coordinated manner, i.e., keep the route relations in sync with the available infrastructure.

You can add the car-wash, also as a floating node. The easiest way for a simple edit like this is through the iD editor, directly from the osm.org website (through the Edit button). Add a floating point and tag it as a car-wash. Both the fuel station and the car-wash can be moved to their accurate location, if you know them well. https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=715968764555637 Each tag can add some additional tags: the name of the operator, self_service=yes/no and opening hours are probably the most useful information for them. (A more advanced scheme is to map access roads. This is at least how we have been mapping so far. (That aside, I am interested to know if Bxl-Mobilité still enforces a reference document with the standard values that should apply for those devices, because the distance between the tile and the road is greater in the middle island than on the sidewalks.)
