Y Berllan is a house on the other side of the river. the application you prob saw was basically asking for permission to dump sewage from the house directly into the river. Unless I come across something explicit on the ground that says "military, enter at own risk" or the likes I'll remove it since the only justification that is exists seems to be that cadets sometimes use it. this definition would cover half of Wales if used. There is a old rifle range still visible on satellite however old ranges are not a uncommon sight around the valleys so i don't think that's enough justification. | |
