It is useless if a note is generic and it keeps opened for a long time without any edition. Useful notes will be hidden for having too much notes. We know a lot of bus routes are missing, as a lot of other elements, but using a note for every missing route is not good. You could make a list and create a post in the forum explaining the problem.
