The owner/occupant collects and works on old cars, but is it not a commercial business. He also collects "junk" and, on nice days, may occasionally set stuff out for sale, like a yard sale. So a "commercial" building used as a "residence". Not sure how to clarify.

While the church used to meet next door, with sign and everything, it does meet in this building now - though infrequently and informally. The other point is the Capital Restoration, referring to cars. You can look at Google street view and see there are no business signs, no web presence, etc. The car restoration is really just a hobby.

(I create the notes in osmand on my phone when taxiing if the names don't appear on the osmand map). Most of the aeroway featured show up (but the 'bridge' showered the roads overlaying the taxiway- I made the edit to tunnel at Singapore Changi a couple of weeks ago and that now tenders the taxiway on top of the roads.

As stated above, I was asked by a friend who was irritated that his on-the-ground observation notes were closed several times for no good reason, at least for him. I now understand where the misunderstanding came from. About "personal notes": I agree notes should be useful for all, not a single user. In Germany, there is a power user who spams a whole region with his personal notes, using even a bot to close and re-activate them - and despite opposition from other users, he is protected by a member of the Data Working Group... Glad to hear that in your region the rules are more strict. I was not aware that real estate people would misuse notes for advertising, and understand the problem. That clearly is a US problem... But in this case, it really is an active building site. I asked my friend for more info. He told me that, as Starbase is developing that quickly, it would make no sense to mark every building site as such, but to leave the note marker open as a reminder to check again a few weeks or months later if there is newer images, and then add the building - like Fesca suggested. In the last Youtube RGV flyover I could spot all the disputed areas, this, the school and others, as active building sites and confirming the on-the-ground observations. If spotting something in a recent YT video is not considered adequate enough, just wait. And last: I do not think my friend will ever contribute to OSM; he was just visiting the region as a space fan, and wanted to disclose a few new things he spotted. After this experience, I think he will refrain to continue. For myself, I usually only work locally and on-the-ground, but will be glad to discuss further and/or help here.

I mean, I suspect your friend also created https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/5248300 which was clear enough for me to go ahead and add exactly as said. This is a "good" note that anyone can verify. But notes that are ambiguous and need clarification...and an anonymous note can't be clarified... will get closed. No hard feelings I hope, but it's the way to clear the notes we can't act upon so we don't get confused as more and more notes get added for attention. I wouldn't say this is a regional rule or anything either, just a personal pet peeve that a bunch of other mappers adopted. I think with this adoption I've noticed the number of open notes in the USA have dropped significantly -- when I first investigated notes, we were up near 44000 open notes in the USA and going up. Now thanks to a bunch of people we're down to 22000 and trending down instead of up. We encourage people to make clear notes that aren't ambiguous as to what needs to be done and having an account makes us happier when we can ask for more details when something isn't clear, and also helps out weed out copyright infringements if they admit to an improper source.

However (and again nevermind) that anonymous was the note writer and technically should get a say in this, but they wish to remain anonymous and therefore shouldn't get to have a say on this. Yeah a new anonymous note that simply disparage the decision in a nearby note are not really helpful and should be closed, in my opinion in an ideal world anonymous notes are clear and concise. If they can't be clear and concise on what to have changed, they should create an account and be ready to field questions.

I have updated them to proposed:* since they do appear on county records. However, that is no indication they are actually proposed. It is common to see parcels/zoning for roads that have never been built. The oldest instance I know of is over 100 years and no roads built on the existing infrastructure and no plan to. That may be what we see here.

The latest update is March 2023. It was ruled that "...after review of the recommendation of the administrative law judge, the DNR will make a final permit decision on the permit to mine application." It could be that the permits will be revoked if the mining operation is negatively effecting the water in the area.

The building with the name was in the relation for the stadium. I moved tags from that building to the stadium relation.

Mapillary shows little kids and I did find some mention of the address related to an elementary school, Red House Run. But their site (https://redhouserunes.bcps.org) does not list this address. The photo of the school on that site looks new. Maybe they moved to a new building?
