All of Edinburgh street lights have been imported - e.g. https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/13923751833/history - so I guess you could do the same with the new ones in the park if you have the time.

I can't comment on the path because I didn't climb over the gate to go and look, I just went a different way. Hopefully someone can make a decision on whether the path exists.

So yeah if you move the destination to the ferry then Komoot chooses to route you via a 1km gravel section rather than an extra 5km on road.
