Weil hier auch Wanderrouten durchführen, die letzthin editiert wurden, denke ich, dass damit explizit Fahrzeuge ausgeschlossen werden wollten. Ich finde, dass eine ersatzlose Entfernung des `access`-Tags hier nix kaputt macht.
