Not sure how critical the access:destination part is, however, all parts of the parkway are marked with signs 'no commercial vehicles. This is primarily to keep tractor-trailers off the parkway, not only to prevent pre-mature road damage but also to prevent accidents since it is not designed to accommodate tractor-trailers.

According to the wiki, it's used for "local traffic only", which I do not think is the case here. However, given local mapping habits, this might still be the way to go - so I'm a bit hesitant to correct this.
