Como criterio general en OSM, no se suelen reflejar en el mapa las obras o cierres temporales de muy corta duración. He añadido una restricción de acceso hasta el 30 de septiembre a los tramos actualmente en obras. La fecha de finalización de las obras es estimada, no tengo idea de cuándo terminarán exactamente. No parece que vayan a terminar este mes. Podemos mantener esta nota abierta hasta que terminen las obras como recordatorio para revisarlo en unas pocas semanas y eliminar la restricción de acceso cuando efectivamente terminen.
